Abstract

When thinking about grades, most of us naturally think of the numerical scoring system: a scale of 0-100% correct. While two trainees could have equivalent numerical scores, it is unlikely that they got the same questions correct. Identifying which types of questions they got correct could be more informative and demonstrate each trainee’s unique strengths and weaknesses.
